4/21 - Release 2.0 Conference Call

-how much backwards compatibility will 2.0 have?
-try to slim down core modules as much as possible
-module manager (3947) (david, aaron, chad)
 -matt: location and format of modules should be portable to other repositories (besides SVN)
 -christopher: be able to re-use files without having to re-download everything
 -matt: make the mechanism that handles modules and configurable actors the same
 -need some other reviews of this functionality
 -future extensions?
 -figure out what needs to be done to make this work for 2.0
  -factor the rest out to a post-2.0 bug

-3027 - find core jar files and put them in one module and share them instead of repeating jars. - post 2.0
-4013 - for installer - make sure duplicate jars are not included
