Chartering the web UI interest group

I'm beginning to organize information related to web-UI development in an interest group in the incubation area of the site.  I'm basing these entries on the requirements document we began drafting at the Kepler developers' meeting in Santa Barbara.

I added to the participant list for the Web UI group, and added these people to the access list so that they ahve write access to the web area.  Additions include Jones, Leinfelder, Staggs, Tuot, Allen, and King.

No more authentication problem. I added the section "Related work" where I want to put some information about current related work on Kepler WebUI, at least the ones I am aware of.

It seems this group charter is fairly stable and well defined.  I propose it be moved out of the incubation area and into the Interest Group area.  Any objections?

I agree.  Let's move it over to the Interest Group area.
