The first time a workflow is opened after Kepler has been started, each actor in the workflow is instantiated 3 times (i.e., its constructor is called 3 times). Why is that? What happens to the first two actor instances? If the workflow is opened again, then each actor is instantiated only once.

This also happens if you modify a workflow, save it, and then reopen it.
