Problem with width of Relation by Vicky Narang, last updated: Apr 20, 2015 11:54 PM: This is the error that I get when running two GenericJobLauncher actors in parallel, considering the Realtion "width" parameter to be of value "Auto": ptolemy.kernel.util.IllegalActionException: Channel index 1 is out of range, because width is only 1. [null] in .tp.Mapping_8.bwa-mem_1.dependentJob [null] at ptolemy.actor.IOPort.get(IOPort.java:917) [null] at org.kepler.actor.job.GenericJobLauncher.fire(GenericJobLauncher.java:427) [null] at ptolemy.actor.process.ProcessThread._iterateActor(ProcessThread.java:335) [null] at ptolemy.actor.process.ProcessThread.run(ProcessThread.java:212) [null] Sending MOML application type casted to SangenixMOML: org.kepler.bridge.SangenixMoMLCommandKLineApplication@7b29c61f Attached is the XML which will depict the scenario more precisely.
