- Custom Loading of Prioritized Extensions
- This is a diagram of a class loading scheme developed by Sean Riddle and diagrammed by Sean Riddle and Aaron Schultz June 11, 2008. This diagram is out of date, and does not reflect the workings of the current class loading mechanism developed by Sean Riddle and David Welker. For a current description of the current class loading mechanism, please see the page titled Using Multiple Class Loaders.
- Custom Loading of Multiple Prioritized Modules.
- This is a diagram produced by Aaron Schultz in June 2008 showing a custom class loading scheme that combined the idea of modules and prioritization.
- Root Package Dependency Matrix
- This is another view of the root level dependencies in Kepler. Items that are above the diagonal signify a two way dependency. Again we see the 25 root packages that make up the current "Core" of Kepler.
- Root Package Dependency Graph
- This is output from structure101 for Java showing dependencies of the Kepler root packages. It shows that 25 of the root packages are heavily tangled and can be considered as the "Core" of Kepler.
- Root Package Layered Graph
- This is another view of the Kepler dependency viewed in a layered fashion. Higher layers depend on lower layers and arrows signify that lower layers are depending on higher layers. Again it shows the 25 root packages that are tangled.
